• EmailJS — used to transmit quote request forms submitted on our website. Form data passes through EmailJS servers (United States) before being delivered to our inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta Platforms Inc. under their own privacy policy.
• Google Workspace — our business email ([email protected]) is hosted by Google, which may process your emails on servers outside New Zealand.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (Principle 12), we take reasonable steps to ensure offshore providers protect your information to a comparable standard.
